This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a digital product or course from Nuts & Bolts Investing, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Position
Nuts & Bolts Investing sells digital educational products and online course content. Due to the nature of digital products, our general position is that sales are final once access has been provided or the digital content has been made available.
This means we do not usually offer refunds simply because you change your mind, decide the course is no longer needed, do not use the product, or expected a different outcome.
2. Digital Content and Immediate Access
When you buy a digital course or downloadable product, you may receive immediate access to the content. Where immediate access is provided, you may be asked at checkout to acknowledge that this can affect your right to cancel under consumer law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
3. If There Is a Genuine Issue
We want customers to have a good experience. If there is a genuine issue with your purchase, such as a duplicate payment, access problem, technical delivery issue, or a clear error with the product, please contact us.
Refunds may be considered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and any evidence provided.

- the email address used for the purchase;
- your order number or receipt, if available;
- the product or course purchased;
- a clear explanation of the issue.
We may need to verify your purchase before we can review the request.
5. Payments Through Third-Party Platforms
Purchases may be processed through third-party platforms such as Gumroad. If a refund is approved, it may need to be processed through the same platform used for the original payment.
Refund timings can depend on the payment processor, card provider, bank, or platform used.
6. Misuse, Abuse, and Unethical Orders
We reserve the right to cancel an order, refuse access, or decline a refund where we believe an order was made through misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, technical manipulation, or exploitation of an error, discount code, offer, or checkout process.
This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to access paid content without valid payment, sharing access, copying or redistributing course materials, or taking advantage of an obvious pricing or technical error.
7. No Refunds for Investment Outcomes
Our products are educational only. They do not provide personal financial advice and do not guarantee any investment result, financial return, confidence level, or personal outcome.
Refunds will not be provided because an investment decision did not perform as expected or because you did not achieve a particular financial result after using our educational content.
